South Florida finally got its very own Wolfgang Puck Cafe. The Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe, located at Sawgrass Mills Mall, in Sunrise, Florida is a very unique place indeed. The theme there is "live, love, eat".  
The food is great! The menu is eclectic. Part Italian, a very strong Asian influence, and even a little Austrian (Wienerschnitzel!). There is a wonderful sushi bar run by sushi chefs Christopher Chin and David Feimster. The regular menu includes Butternut Squash Soup, Barbecued Duck Quesadilla, Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli, Barbecued Ribs ObaChineä Style, Pad Thai Cafe Style and Rotisserie Rosemary Chicken, just to name a few interesting dishes. The list of Wood-Fired Pizzas is traditional Wolfgang, all made with very good quality ingredients. Even the Salade Niçoise is made with fresh rare tuna.
And finally, the desserts… From the very popular Bullseye Cheesecake, inspired by pastry chef Maida Heatter, to the Grand Marnier Crème Brulée, to the traditional Key Lime Pie, all are a delicious end to a great meal. To enjoy all this great food, there is a full bar offering many wines and beers, martinis, sake concoctions and much more.
