We only purchase the freshest fish and seafood, hire the friendliest people and we make all recipes from scratch.

You know you can count on quality here. Choose from fresh Florida fish such as snapper, grouper, dolphin, pompano and tuna. Especially recommended is the tuna filet mignon, a center cut, perfectly prepared, with a ginger and soy sauce. Lobster is available from either Maine, Florida or New Zealand.
